青岛海狮网络科技有限公司成立于2006年，注册资金6667万元，是致力于海上应急救援产业的高科技民营公司。

       2014年，在国家大力发展和研究航海信息化集成的大环境下，青岛海狮网络科技有限公司承担起“十二五”国家科技支撑计划中的“基于自动识别（AIS）技术的个人海上搜救系统的研制”项目。公司作为该项目的第一承担单位，联合交通运输部水运科学研究院、中国海洋大学等国内海运海洋领域的顶尖科研院所和企事业单位共同参与课题研究，并参与制定水上个人搜救设备技术标准，通过标准化设备的推广应用，促使水上搜救装备的更新换代。公司研制的水上搜救示位标（AIS-MOB），可扩展应用到海上钻井平台、勘探、科考、客货及旅游观光船舶、游艇及渔船，保障超过1000万从事海洋生产活动的人民群众生命安全，填补了多项该领域的技术空白。目前该设备已取得发明专利、实用新型专利和软件著作权多项。2015年，公司在城阳“海工装备产业园”建设了完整的先进的AIS-MOB设备生产线。

      Qingdao Sealion Network Technology was established in 2006 with register capital of 66.67 million RMB. Our company is a high-tech private company dedicated in emergency rescue at sea.

      In 2014, while the country is rapidly researching and developing the integration of navigation information, Qingdao Sealion Network Technology takes on the project of “Research and Development of AIS-based Personal Search and Rescue System at Sea” which is part of the National Science & Technology Pillar Program during the Twelfth 5-Year Plan Period. As the primary undertaking company, our company collaborated with some of the top research institute and enterprises in China, which includes: the Waterborne Transport Research Institute (WTI) under the Ministry of Transport, Ocean University of China, etc. In addition, we are involved in the development of technical standards for personal search and rescue equipment at sea. Through the promotion and application of standardized equipment, upgrading of maritime search and rescue equipment could be realized. Our product: AIS Man Overboard beacon (AIS MOB) can be used for offshore drilling platforms, exploration, scientific expedition, commercial and passenger ships, yachts and fishing boats. Our product would contribute to safeguarding the life and security of more than 10 million population who are involved in ocean production activities. It fills in a number of technical gaps, both domestically and internationally, in the field of search and rescue at sea. Our technology is at international advanced level. Currently, our products have achieved a number of invention patents, utility model patents and software copyrights. By 2015, the company has established China’s largest AIS-MOB production line in the “Maritime Equipment Industrial Part” in the city of Chengyang.
